Guide to Electronic Attendance via the Smart Attendance Management System

[Student Attendance Check Methods]

1. Bluetooth Attendance

Enter the classroom, open the mobile app, and press the "Check Attendance" button. The app will connect to the Bluetooth device (beacon) on the ceiling to verify attendance.

This is the most convenient and preferred method among students! (Ensure Bluetooth is ON.)

2. Tap your mobile or card student ID on the device at the entrance to register your attendance.

3. Verification Code Attendance

During class, the instructor will display a verification code. Enter this code in the electronic attendance app to confirm your presence (prevents early departures).

4.Direct Roll Call by Instructor

The instructor calls students' names to verify attendance, similar to traditional paper-based roll calls.

※ Note: Since students are responsible for their own attendance verification, be sure to check in every session to avoid being marked absent!
