The School of Applied AI Convergence is conducting the 1st school of Applied AI Convergence Promotion Contest for promoting the school. 

Please create various promotional materials on the theme of "School Life and Promotion of the school of Applied AI Convergence" and share them!

1. Eligibility: School of Applied AI Convergence undergraduate students

   ※ Individual or team participation (no limit on team members)

2. Contest Theme: School life and promotion of the School of Applied AI Convergence

3. Contest Categories: Video and/or Written

1) Video

① Length: No limit

② Format: Video with resolution of 1920*1080 (Full HD) or higher

③ Submission Format: Link to the video posted on a personal YouTube account

2) Written

① Length: No limit (must attach at least 3 related photos)

② Format: Text and images

③ Submission Format: Link to the written piece posted on a blog, Instagram, etc.

Others: Promotional materials in other formats not included in the above categories (posters, card news, etc.)

4. Schedule

1) Submission Period: July 1, 2024 (Mon) ~ July 21, 2024 (Sun)

① Posting of Entries: Upload entries to personal SNS accounts such as YouTube, Instagram, Blog, etc.

② Submission Materials: Original files of entries, Entry Form for the 1st school of Applied AI Convergence Promotion Contest (refer to attached file)

③ Submission: Submit via email (skkuaicon@skku.edu)

2) Evaluation Period: July 29, 2024 (Mon) ~ August 9, 2024 (Fri)

     ※ Evaluation by two faculty members of the school of Applied AI Convergence

3) Evaluation Criteria

① Creativity (30): Originality and novelty of ideas

② Planning (40): Suitability and fidelity of composition to the contest theme

③ Completion (30): Excellence in production skills and compliance with specification

4. Announcement of Results: Scheduled for August 2024

5. Prize Details

1) First Prize (1 team): KRW 500,000

2) Second Prize (2 teams): KRW 300,000 each

3) Third Prize (3 teams): KRW 150,000 each

4) Encouragement Prize (10 teams): KRW 30,000 each

※ awards within category and no award will be given if there is no adequate works

※ Prize money will be paid after tax deduction
