We would like to guide you through the Electronic Attendance System using the Smart Attendance Management System.

[Student Attendance Check Methods]

Bluetooth Attendance: Enter the classroom and press the 'Attendance Check' button on the mobile app. The app will check attendance by communicating with the Bluetooth device (beacon) on the ceiling of the classroom. This is the most convenient and preferred method by students! (Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON!)

4. 2. Tagging at the Classroom Entrance Terminal: Check attendance by tagging your mobile student ID or card student ID at the terminal.

6. 3. Attendance by Authentication Code: When the instructor displays an authentication code during class, enter the code into the electronic attendance app to confirm attendance (this helps prevent early exits).

8. 4. Instructor Calls Attendance: The instructor will call out names to check attendance (similar to the traditional roll call method with paper attendance sheets).
9. Note: Since students are responsible for checking their own attendance, it is essential to ensure you complete the attendance check on time!
